Data Quality

Soriana ha implementado una estrategia para mejorar para el envío y recepción de información que permita alinear criterios y procesos. Parte de esta estrategia consiste en la implementación de un modelo de alineación y sincronización de la información a través del Catálogo Electrónico Syncfonía de GS1 México.

Soriana está trabajando en una transformación interna que les permitirá eficiencias a lo largo de toda la cadena de suministro. Para este esfuerzo, necesitan el cumplimiento de todos sus proveedores, to have updated information about their products and corresponding data quality.

Target

The draft Data Quality in Soriana aims to implement a model of cataloging items to ensure the quality of information.

The goal is for all Business Partners carry the burden of information codes Part (EAN/UPC) and dispatch (DUN-14) de todos los productos que comercializan con Soriana a través del Catálogo Electrónico Syncfonía Master Data.

La información de los artículos debe cumplir con los siguientes requisitos para poder ser visualizada:

• - Data Quality (through the checkout process).
• - Uploading pictures of all articles.

Scope

Divisions: Grocery, general merchandise, perishable, clothing, foods, specials, and assembly.

Formats: Market, Supermarket, Super , Express, Super City y City Club.

Types of packaging: piece-goods, Box pallet and in some cases (requirement items packaged and identified with a barcode).

Exceptions: domestic consumption, bulk materials and supplies fruits and vegetables categories, bakery and meats that are not packaged and identified with a barcode of origin.
