GS1 Mexico makes available to its Associates the following procedures, the forms can be requested at 5249 5249 DF and metropolitan area or 01 800 504 5400 in the Procedures area:

REINSCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS

After having acquired a Membership, if you and your company decided to unsubscribe, you must submit the following documents to formalize your re-registration:

  • - Application and Contract duly completed and signed by the Legal Representative (attached file).
  • - Letter letter requesting the assignment of the same Base Number (GLN and GTIN).
  • - Copy of the cover, acknowledgment of acceptance and away from net income of the last annual statement to Finance.
  • - Copy of Tax Certificate (R.F.C.) updated or Tax Identification (with current Fiscal Address). * If the company has made an update of Obligations, you must submit a copy of the document, The acknowledgment and Tax Obligations Guide.
  • - Copy of Legal Powers of representative for acts of administration (only to legal entities).
  • - Copy of title page of the Constitutive Act and Notary Registry (only to legal entities).
  • - Copy of official identification of the natural person or the legal representative (INE, passport, visa or professional license).
  • - Copy of proof of payment (certified check, cashier, deposit slip, cash, wire transfer, credit / debit Visa or MasterCard, or cash in Office Center GS1 Mexico.
  • - In the event that the company has a debit at the time it was written off, it must cover it, in addition to paying the corresponding registration payment.
  • - Present the tax status update format in case there has been a change of fiscal domicile.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

  • - Be an active Associate and not have debts.
  • - Copy of official identification of the natural person or the legal representative (INE, passport, visa or professional license).
  • - Copy of the format issued by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit that accredits the change of company name. It is indicated as Type of Movement: Change of Denomination or Social Reason.
  • - Contract duly completed and signed by the legal representative.
  • - Copy of the cover, acknowledgment of acceptance and away from net income of the last annual statement to Finance.
  • - Copy of Legal Powers of representative for acts of administration (only to legal entities).
  • - Copy of title page of the Constitutive Act and Notary Registry (only to legal entities).
  • - *ATTENTION. These requirements apply only to companies that have the previous documentation and that in their change of Corporate Name their R.F.C. has not suffered any modification.

UPDATE FILE

  • -Be an active Associate and not have debts.
  • - Application duly completed and signed by the legal representative (attached file).
  • - Copy of the cover, acknowledgment of acceptance and away from net income of the last annual statement to Finance.
  • - Copy of Tax Certificate (R.F.C.) updated or Tax Identification (with current Fiscal Address).
  • - Copy of Proof of Address Fiscal.
  • - Copy of Legal Powers of representative for acts of administration (only to legal entities).
  • - Copy of title page of the Constitutive Act and Notary Registry (only to legal entities).
  • - Copy of official identification of the natural person or the legal representative (INE, passport, visa or professional license).

ADDRESS CHANGE REQUEST FOR FISCAL

  • - Be an active Associate and not have debts.
  • - Letter on letterhead or email requesting Change of Address.
  • - Copy of Tax Certificate (R.F.C.) updated.
  • - Format issued by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit that accredits the update of the fiscal situation. It is indicated as Type of Movement: Change of Fiscal Address.
