Introduction and Background

In order to have more effective communication with suppliers, H-E-B has developed the system HEBusiness, which integrates information from commercial products, cataloged in Syncfonía® fully automated and modern.

This allows for an efficient model synchronization and alignment of data and information products, as well as higher quality and organization of information directly from suppliers H-E-B. The synchronization process aims to align the information provider items between the various entities related information, providing users involved in the process the opportunity for automated daily and is carried out the integration process and load data from Syncfonía® to HEBusiness.

Steps

For new articles

• - Before joining HEBusiness you should make sure to register and enter your data items in Syncfonía®.
• - Remember that in Syncfonía® you publish your article to H-E-B (GLN: 7504000225003) so that information can be viewed and synchronized automatically HEBusiness.
• - It is important that your data are cataloged in Syncfonía® checked by SECODAT (Checking Service Data GS1 Mexico) to ensure that your data is correct and quality.

For existing items in HEBusiness

• - Before submitting a revision of prices to changes or modifications to its data, you must ensure checking them into Syncfonía® so your buyer can visualize the correct data and proceed with the corresponding management.
• - As in the case of new items you must submit your products to checking SECODAT.
• - It is important to know the Allocation Rules, so you know where a change in information does not require new bar code and other cases where necessary. Allocation Rules GS1 Bar Codes Mexico.

Note. Unable to generate brand changes, weights, measures or content, This involves marketing of a new product.

Low articles

• For items that for various reasons should be dropped from the catalog you offer, you must update the end date of availability in Syncfonía® MD, to update the status can be synchronized by HEBusiness, This will allow a better result avoiding service level orders discontinued items.
